Sugru Hacking Putty
I don’t know about your iPhone cables but mine break, right where the cable attaches to the connector. The guys over at Holstee found a perfect hack: SUGRU PUTTY.
Team SUGRU (gaelic for play) was tired of not being able to fix broken gadgets, so they developed SUGRU, a moldable silicone that is sticky like Super-Glue and fun to use like Play-Doh:
1) Roll it to warm it up
2) Mold it the way you want it
3) Let it cure for 24 hours

Tianmen Mountain Restaurant by Liu Chongxiao
A triangulated glass and steel restaurant sits beside a river in a remote forested gorge in southern China. Designed by Liu Chongxiao, the Tianmen Mountain Restaurant is located at the foot of a ravine leading down from the top of a mountain popular with sightseers. The restaurant is constructed from triangular panels of alternating timber and glass strips that allows diners a view of the surrounding landscape. The building is raised off the ground on steel feet to prevent flooding and gives access to the river via an external staircase. Tianmen Mountain forms a national forest park near the town of Guilin and also contains a historic temple.

Edible Parmesan Pencils
This box of pencils packs a cheesy punch! Leave it to a German ad agency to think up this cute — and practical! — way to transport and serve Parmesan cheese. But are they coming to Rio anytime soon?
Disguised as run-of-the-mill over-sized pencils, the "leads" of these pencils are actually flavored Parmesan cheese. Each set comes with a sharpener, allowing one to shave truffle, chili, and pesto flavored Parmesan right from the pencils. Too bad there were only 500 made.....

iPhone SLR mount
Photojojo‘s new iPhone SLR mount is one of the coolest iPhone add-ons I’ve seen so far. No need to spend $1000+ on a DSLR body, simple get this adapter and use your own Canon EOS or Nikon SLR lenses with your iPhone 4 – with depth of field and manual focus. You can even hang it around your neck just like your real DSLR using two loopholes on either end of the case.

P-Tree by Aandeboom
Unable to prevent revellers urinating against their trees, Roskilde Festival in Denmark installed tree-mounted urinals by Dutch designers Aandeboom. The urinals are made of rotational-moulded plastic and can either connect to the main sewage system or a tank with a pump. 50 of the orange urinals were strapped to tree trunks for the festival last weekend.

Comic and Animation Museum in Hangzhou, China by MVRDV
Dutch studio MVRDV have won a design competition to build a Comic and Animation Museum in Hangzhou, China, formed of eight giant balloon-shaped forms. Each balloon will contain a different function within the museum, including two exhibition spaces that will display cartoons, comics and animations.
The permanent exhibition space will spiral out of its chamber and on through the building to connect with three auditoriums and a comic book library. Where balloons touch an opening is created internally, allowing views between spaces.
